The FRANKLIN SCANDAL is the story of a nationwide pedophile ring that pandered children to a cabal of the rich and powerful. The ring’s pimps were a pair of political power brokers who had access to the highest levels of our government. Nebraska legislators nearly exposed the ring in 1990, but its unveiling had the potential to produce seismic political aftershocks. The legislators' efforts resulted in rash of mysterious deaths and the overpowering corruption of federal and local law enforcement, including the FBI, Secret Service, and Justice Department, effecting an immaculate cover-up of the trafficking network. In Washington, elaborate facilities were set up at parties to compromise powerful figures of government, both elected and appointed. Perhaps this accounts for unbelievable votes by the same members of both parties... A matter of blackmail.

The only television I watch anymore “rather”, listen to since I'm blind is C-Span. I never seize to be amazed that those before investigation communities are so absolutely uninformed about everything. You wonder, how did they get there. But, with the private sector it's a matter of how many behinds you kiss and how many cocktail parties you attend. With politicians, its the matter of paying to play, we have the best government money can buy.

Today is the first meeting of the North Carolina legislature, the general assembly. With several prominent democrats already in prison such as Dr. Black, Representative Wright, and prospective inmates of the easily administration. A meeting is being held by SEC involving corporation between legislation members and lobbyist. It seems to me that there is to much corporation and to many meetings between committees. Both interested in padding their own pockets. The democrats have been in total power in North Carolina for over 100 years. There is no boundary line to what they will do. Even if it means a congressional redistrict which runs like a crooked snake, through the snake in order to give prominent black district. Mr. Watt a representative from the district has become one of the chief power brokers in Washington. 2 black preachers came to my home last year and was asking for funding on a project for schools in his district. I asked them if he has been to see Mr. Watt, almost in unison , same time, they said he wont give me the time of day. One thing be sure and write “in stone” having been involved with Washington, Raleigh locally for many years. Elected politicians and bureaucrats who work very hard to put them in office, are only interested in their own welfare. If this means corruption, corruption is what you voted for and what you have. “ You deserve the government you get”.

In Greece and in Iceland both socialist countries , like most of the countries in the European alliance. I found that the citizens were just sitting around, doing nothing. As has become customary with 50% of population in the US, where 60% of Americans now live off government checks. No one wants to work. Don't think for one minute that the Europeans will “bail out” Greece. The federal reserve of America will bail out Greece and the other bankrupt. European nations just as federal reserve is bailing out American interest. They are printing worthless paper just as rapidly s possible, paper which is worth nothing anymore... Its just a promise to pay. Any check you write is just a promise to pay, it is when your check with your signature, start bouncing that people and places refuse to take them anymore. At least in great depression, Americans money was back up with gold, today's dollars are backed up with thin air. In 1971 Nixon close the gold window. After European nations “Switzerland and France demanded quality in American money and the Bretton Woods agreement mostly fell apart. Many nations bought off Americans gold reserves at about 45 dollars an ounce and today's gold is selling for about 1300 dollars an ounce. Everyone knows across the world, a dollar is almost worthless across the US. But, with the dollars in other countries is almost worthless... Euro dollars and currency from many nations. To give stability to their monetary system. China, India, & Russians are buying up the gold reserves. The problem will come later when the world discovers that someone, a corrupt American, has gold platted bars of tons ton.

With Americans monetary problems, almost every advertisement promoting the buying of gold , showing to Americans and to the world. The incompetence of our monetary system, we have the largest spill in the history of liquid gold in the gulf of Mexico. Threatening the economy of the gulf states.

With all the knowledge of engineering skills, the money involved the greatest oil companies in the world. It is as if the new bride not only could not cook but did not know how to turn on the stove. Since you would think these problems would be recognizable ahead of time. You do not design anything without having an exit door. It was unbelievable. A scandal to say the least, for the CEO of British Petroleum (BP) to suggest before investigators that his company had sufficient funds to meet all the financial problems of this disaster. No company is that well financed. The company will finance lawyers to keep claims in the courts for our lifetime. It is a scandal that government and corporations do not plan ahead for disasters of every type... Particularly one involving the “life blood” of the worlds economy.

Corrupt government officials elected or appointed nauseating corporate officials. Sedated puppets or the state controlled news media. These same citizens can depend on hearing one sentence from those giving evidence to an investigation, “I'm not responsible it happened before I got there”. Eventually it may be to late, these citizens will get the awakening to the fact that their country, is constitution, is promise has taken from them. By their fellow Americans who have fallen victims to most of the sins of human nature. Pride (beginning of every sentence), anger, envy, lust, laziness, and above all greed. It is not just Americans whose pockets have been picked, who will pay but there is a payday, someday, for those who pretended to love their country, it's people and the god of its people. God is very interested in sin and scandal. Albert Estine said “There is a limit to genius but no limit for ignorance”.

My mother had four children. Three were up in age, I was already in college when the last was born. I remember one of my mother's friends, talking about that perfect last baby saying, “your mother's babies always smell so good”. I remember, she, in changing him, always used so much baby powder.

Traveling the world, I never saw a mother who did not show absolute love for her baby. The difference, so many of the mothers in these poor, third world countries could not afford baby powder, even food for the baby. But, I am convinced, that in most of the world, mothers do the very best they can for their baby in spite of everything. In fact, I believe that even in the Communist world, where forced abortions are a matter of daily life, mothers suffer in the loss of a child. Abortion is the most insane act known to mankind. Killing is always an act of insanity but the killing of innocent life, especially by a mother of her own child, is insanity beyond comprehension, something that the lower animals never do.

There is much insanity in sickness. It is not sane for the body to be sick. The body has a remarkable ability to heal itself. It is our own confusion, our own in-discreteness that we have contagion or illness. When will we learn to protect our immune system? Instead of eating junk, when will we learn to eat nutritious, benefiting foods that will supplement the homeostasis of the body? A depleted physiology cannot provide the energy necessary for life. Most foodstuffs, even those presented well in the grocery store, are bereft of all life giving products for cell metabolism. The circulatory system transports nutrition to the cells but the neurology of the body screams for help. We eat but stay hungry because the digestive system is sending trash for assimilation. The fat cells just keep expanding. Those specializing in weight control, and joint replacement, get rich off our inability to understand the healthy lifestyle. God help the hoax of dieting and the purveyors of these various diet styles.

America has the greatest hospitals, the greatest doctors, and health specialists of every type, the world has ever known. More American taxes are spent educating healthcare professionals than is spent on any other type education. Yet, we have more sickness than any time in history. According to the Office of Actuary Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, news from the insurance industry is very hard to get, the U.S. spent $2.26 trillion on sick care in 2007. This is more than any other country in the world (World Health Organization).

I have traveled through 157 countries of the world, every continent. Always, without exception, my guide wanted me to observe healthcare in the country visited. On Easter Island, an island isolated 800 miles off the coast of Chile in the Pacific ocean, there was a beautiful hospital, a gift from America. NOT ONE PATIENT IN THE HOSPITAL. Moving around the island, I found the people healthy and happy. They exercised, played in the sun, ate nutritious food … mostly seafood and vegetables. They told me, “when we get sick we eat food to get well”. In other commentaries, I have told of my relationship with old doctors who used food as treatment. Today, even the poorest Americans, do not think they are getting any treatment unless, some doctor starts writing a prescription for some expensive chemicals. Often, with family or friends, I would suggest some holistic remedy but they, knowing so little, would immediately spoof the idea because their pocketbook had not been sufficiently massaged by big pharmacy.

I am convinced that more Americans die from overeating than under-eating … starvation. I am offended to go to a public meeting of any sort, church, civic club, educational and see supposed informed people gorging themselves with food … Gluttons of prosperity.

When I was young, I never saw a buffet. Today, you can go to most any restaurant, most public functions, and there are just trays of decaying, useless food to which people are going to pile up plates … someone coming by to take the empty plate while you fill another. Then, at the end of this exercise in intemperance you have a large plate of sweet deserts … The very worst thing you could eat because only the body free of sugar can possibly be cancer free. Life in America, largely because of our intemperance in living, leads to slow but sure suicide.

I am offended to go to a funeral, where the family, are sitting around grieving by eating. I have relatives who make it a point to visit every deceased family just at noon so they will be included in the gluttony. I have been on ships, mostly an eating orgy where five times a day there is a dining room call, a ritual of gluttony in temperance. You see wide-bottomed men and women lined up as if they are going to miss something … “the last supper”. Don't they know the stress it puts on the 2000 miles of blood vessels in their body for this vital muscle, the heart to push blood through these vessels, the excess tissue brought on by excess weight. Most older people could live well eating their food off a saucer three times a day. Over 50% of the population, younger as well as older, now obese, 50% now diabetic.

I get sickened, in a church or civic group, to hear anyone talk about the intemperance of tobacco use. I get sickened to hear intemperate eaters talk about their friends who abuse alcohol. More Americans dig heir grave with a fork than ever smoke or drink themselves into it. Please, please, please don't let me hear about a fat preacher, a fat doctor, a fat nurse, a fat school teacher. These should set the example … health and healing.

Most people who eat, don't know why they are eating, they are not hungry. Eating has become a social thing. Most churches even have an eating orgy at prayer meeting. There are more alcoholics today than at any other time in the history of the world. It is truly an expensive disease, you spend much money to get it.

The worst insanity of them all, pedophilia or the molestation of children. Why in the world would any sane adult care to sexually malign a small child … Total insanity for a priest, preacher or teacher? What possible satisfaction could any adult get from even looking at a suggestive sexual picture of a small child? Does not a priest, preacher, teacher, parent or relative understand the sensitivity of abusing the body and feelings of a small child with sexual inappropriateness? Sexuality is confusing enough to most children, don't you remember this yourself?

Christ has told us the penalty for abusing a small child. “It is better to be dropped into the bottom of the ocean with a rock around your neck”.

In history, we study the great battles of the world. How well we remember the Bataan Death March, the Battle of Corregidor, the Battle of the Bulge. I have seen the destroyed American ships still in the bay at Guadalcanal. Today's battles revolve around lust, one of the seven greatest sins of mankind … lust for children, lust for food, lust for drugs.

Perhaps the greatest lust we are facing in America is the lust for power … That's shown by the lustful creature in the White House and the lustful creatures of congress and voters who put him there. Can you even imagine his laughing at the despicable White House correspondence dinner when he talked about predator drones and his own daughters? Does this man of low reputation and lower skills have any idea of the horror story he is perpetrating on the people of Afghanistan and Pakistan with predator drones … The horror story he is perpetrating on innocent babies as their bodies are torn apart in the abortion holocaust he is promoting around the world?

Healthcare is getting more expensive every minute of every day. With the projected Obama plan, everyone will pay ahead of time and everyone will want to get his money's worth. You are fortunate indeed if your doctor touches you now. After the vitals have been taken by an assistant, your doctor mostly depends on the computer and in the future you will seldom see him. It will all be done via microchip embedded in your body and trained assistants interpreting SOP (Standard Operating Procedures). Most large corporations (John Deere, AT&T, DuPont etc.) are canceling previous insurance and throwing all employees at the mercy of government, socialized healthcare. It is cheaper for them to pay fines than to undergo the intemperate, insane dictates of government mandates.

With today's technology, people, if smart, will learn to take care of themselves. Babe Ruth had 714 home runs but struck out 1,340 times. Thomas Edison tried 1000 experiments before perfecting the light bulb. We are glad he did. You may have to try several things for your health problem. The best way to approach any problem is the triangle. You can do it as well as an assistant in your doctors office.

With the insanity of global warming, the insanity of abortion, the insanity of child molestation, the insanity of one world government, the blessed promise of our blessed Lord taking our healing as well as our sins to the cross in his atonement seems more sane and precious than ever before.

“But he [was] wounded for our transgressions, [he was] bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace [was] upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.” (Isa 53:5)

The prophecy found in Isaiah, written 700 years before the birth of Christ assures believers that our blessed Lord's healing as well as forgiveness is ours for the taking. Don't cheat yourself from this “hearing and this healing”.

Maltese Falcon

Malta is located in the Mediterranean Sea, north of Tunisia and south of Sicily. With a population of less than half a million. Like most Mediterranean islands, a place of pastoral beauty. The thing I remember most about Malta, arriving by plane and leaving by ship all the doors on the homes have a unique door knocker.

Malta is best know because the Apostle Paul was ship wrecked there. In 1930, Dashiell Hammett, one of the world's great authors wrote a detective story entitled “Maltese Falcon” The story involves Sam Spade, renowned detective, the detective by which all others are compared, and his experiences on Malta. Since then, movies have been made involving the island.

Malta has come into the news recently with the expose of pedophilia among Catholic priest. Pope Benedict XVI went there last week to quail the storm of antagonism towards Catholicism and to show interest in those affected. St. Malachy (1094 - November 2, 1148), first Irish saint to be canonized, prophesied about the 112 popes of history. Pope Benedict is the 111th pope. St. Malachy had prophesied concerning the 111th pope and an olive branch. It seems the prophecy is correct because the symbol for the Benedictine order of priest is the olive.

A recent lawsuit has unearthed files about 200 deaf boys molested by a Catholic priest in Wisconsin. News reports state that the Bishops had warned the Vatican about this problem. Cardinal Ratzinger, now Pope Benedict XVI and other Catholic officials tussle over whether the priest in charge should be disciplined or the church protected.

Similar reports have surfaced involving a school for the blind and the pedophilia and molestation by priest in England. Reports have come to the attention of the public from Ireland, Germany, Italy, and France. Like the Apostle Paul, on a ship in the Mediterranean, wrecked on Malta, the Pope and the Catholic Church are wrecked by these reports. Perhaps, on Malta, the Pope, like Paul, will show his ability to be a shepard of the flock.

In this time, in history, when the church, when Christianity is so defiled by the world, the flesh, the devil, it is more important than ever that the Pope, the largest denomination in the world which he represents draws upon the “Pray Power” of Christians around the world to put a hedge of protection around the faith once delivered to the saints. Don't depend on the New York Times or the secular press to defend God's mission for the Christian church or its followers. Without God, you can not know God. Those who know God, know there has always been imposters in the ranks. Jesus had 12 disciples, one of those betrayed him for the price of a hog (20 pieces of silver) With the exception of his mother, one devoted disciple (John the Evangelist) and a few others, all fled at his crucifixion. In 40 A.D., there was few “faithers” around the Mediterranean Sea. Paul was sent to preach to the Gentiles. For those that do not believe in God, the greatest evidence of God's power is the way his church and mission has grown, in spite of Satan, The imposters, even in the church, around the world. There are about 50,000 catholic priest in the catholic church, only a small percentage have been accused of anything. From the beginning, some priest, even popes married but most have been celibate. We know that some priests, like doctors, lawyers, farmers, etc... have not been sexually pure. Even some bishops, popes, and even saints have probably been impure but, God has the power to cleanse all of us from all unrighteousness. Like Naman, we must have the faith to believe in his omnipotence. (2nd Kings 5:11)

We don't need a Maltese Falcon detective, Sam Spade, the New York Times, or anyone else, to tell any believer that unbelievers can always point out hypocrisy. Unbelievers recognize hypocrisy more than they recognize anything else. Unbelievers will never tell anyone, particularly each other about the good that the Catholic church or any other Christian church has done in the world. Think of the universities, hospitals, children's homes, benevolence of every type taken on and carried out by Christians. When was the last time you saw any Atheist group doing anything for anyone? How many Atheist groups went to Haiti after the earthquake... How much money did they give? It is the God inspired, faith groups, around the world, who are always in the forefront. Even though many in the ranks are not perfect, many in the ranks try to hold onto the world with one hand, Christ with the other.

One museum in Florence Italy contains one station, the magnificence of the statue of David by Michelangelo. The most preached, memorized scriptures in God's Word comes from the Psalms of David. David was the first “pizza delivery boy” The Israelites were in battle against the Philistines and the giant, Goliath. The young boy David, son of Jessie, future King of Israel, father of Solomon, went to the front lines to deliver cheese to his brothers. There, the young boy volunteered to go up against Goliath. The nine foot tall giant who had the Israel army cringing in fear. King Sal, chosen king because of his tallness reluctant for David to do anything... “Why shouldn't this young boy go back home?” Sal, seeking to appease the boy, offered to let him use his armor against Goliath. We can realize David's problems with armor of such a tall man. Rather, David using the weapons he knew best, a sling and some stones, felled the giant and with the giants own sword cut off his head. A recommendation to Pope Benedict, the Catholic church, the Christian church and all denominations around the world. There are tall, well financed giants of Atheism waiting and wanting to defy God's church and God's power. Use the weapons with which we are familiar. The weapons on which history through promises and prophecy has taught us are reliable faithfulness, integrity, holiness. We can be giant killers through the greatest power the world has ever known, the very power that put the universe into place, the very power that raised Jesus from the dead, the very power that enabled Jesus to feed thousands from a small boys lunch, Peter to raise a cripple laying at the temple gates for 40 years, the power that has brought Jews back to Israel from all over the world and made this, God's evidence of history the dominate force in all world political activity. Even the “Maltese Falcon” detective could comprehend this. The power of prayer will change anything we know what sex can do, we know what armies can do, we know what the church can do, it is time for us to use our greatest force for good, the power of prayer then we have what God can do.
