Conversion Therapy

To every [thing there is] a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up [that which is] planted;

A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;

A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.

What profit hath he that worketh in that wherein he laboureth?

I have seen the travail, which God hath given to the sons of men to be exercised in it.

He hath made every [thing] beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.

In this make believe world of political correctness, polls and popularity, IF you have one friend, IF there is one in your church who makes a daily offering of total purity of prayer, you are indeed blessed. When the wicked are in charge, it seems even to the chosen, that everything is going their way. Such this week, Governor Brown and his ilk, California pagans, setting forth the idea that homosexuality can no longer be "cured" by "Conversion Therapy." God is perfectly capable to convert everyone in Los Angeles to the Christian faith if he so desired. God is perfectly capable of imputing his nature to the rocks in California if he so desired. During WWII, every church, a large flag with blue stars representing sons in war. Often there would be a gold star, a mother who had lost her son. Now, 2,000 gold star mothers of the nation's longest war, most useless war, Afghanistan. It has been a long time coming, so perfectly calculated, "one world order," globalism, the end of national borders, just a select number of world elitist controlling the world. If conversion to decency, principles of good government were possible and easy, instead of "silly" homosexuality, why not try real challenging conversions? Such as the certain-sure-eventual conversion to Christianity. We know that eventually, every knee will bow (Romans 14:11). World religious history has been marked by cowardess. God's chosen, Israel's army, cowards, shamed before Goliath. It took one boy, home from herding sheep, bringing his brother some lunch, simplest of weapons (sling shot and some rocks), God's everlasting arm on him (Deuteronomy 33:27).   David could later write, several times in his marvelous psalms, "I shall not be moved" (Psalm 10:6, 16:8). Today's children spend 4-8 hours watching trash on television. The first thing to be turned on his most houses, the last thing to be turned off, the television set, a technology that is sending more people to Hell than every other satanic contrivance added together. The poor and ignorant believe anything the secular media puts out, mind control. The first objective of globalism is to make the state (deleting all national borders, one world government) the church. Poisons in your water (fluoride, chloride), poisons in your food (GMO's, MSG's), listening to the lies of Big Pharma and big medicine, lying psychologists (not even considered a profession), with spectacular quickness, global conversion therapy. How quickly we grabbed at the idea (even in the shallow church), the attractiveness of Satan (addictions, actions, activities), EVERYTHING that Jesus was not. Once someone asked me, "Just who was Jesus?" My answer, "Everything." Have you ever considered that Jesus is the source of all joy, beauty, peace, faith, love. When God breathed life into Adam, he breathed love because God is love (1 John 4:8).  In C.S Lewis', Screwtape Letters, the head devil told his underlings, "These people do not even know we exist." Most who claim the name of Christ, do not know that the Christian is in constant warfare. "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high [places]" (Ephesians 6:12).  The believer in Christ, just as Eve in the garden, does not have a chance against the forces of evil in the world, unless possessed by the holy spirit of God. "Greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world" (1 John 4:4). You go to battle with full armor, the armor of God. Then, like David, you face the pho and you will not be moved. These silly little conversion therapies, such erroneous wisdom as that of Sigmund Freud or William James, are as ridiculous as Jesus' accuser Pilate who wanted to know the truth (John 18:38). Just think, Pilate standing a few inches away from the creator of the universe, the source of all truth. Have we totally lost our minds? The daily barrage of evil: One half of all Americans support surveillance by drones, one of the groping, scanning, TSA agents stealing eight thousand from the bags of unsuspecting airline passengers, farmers collecting subsidized, reduced price insurance money for crops destroyed by draught. Facing the judgment of God for same sex marriage, lesbians and gays in pulpits, Democrats supporting a political party known primarily for the killing of babies. Most in the world, think we are standing at the brink, but in reality already over the crest of Niagara or Iguassu Falls. In the rush of water, though drowning, the conversion therapists' of the world, the disciples of decadence in the world, actually think they are just fast swimmers.
