Dear Representative McIntyre,
I am a voter in your district in NC. I am a totally blind, 100% disabled, service connected veteran. This should be of interest to you since you are on the Armed Services Committee. I have been an activist of local and national politics most of my life. I have traveled the world, with 8 round the world trips, and have traveled extensively through 157 countries including three trips to Israel. I was in Israel when Jerusalem was still partially controlled by Jordan. During my years of owning a co-op apartment in NYC near the UN, I talked with many representatives who were involved in the Israel-Arab negotiations.
Who voted for HB 1388?
No one in DC has a shred of honest commitment to the people of this country....especially Obama. so how much money in kick backs did congressmen receive to pass this one? Why would any President of the US pass such a bill?
How dare HB 1388 pass for $20 million for Hamas immigrants at our expense! To what end? Someone explain this to me.
This is an outrage an intentional move to destroy our country by bringing in people and actually supporting them...who don't like us! and want to See our ruin!
We have people in California cut off from the water to grow their crops and feed this country and you pass HB 1388?! Have you absolutely no conscience?
Where is the concern for the people of THIS country!?
I was born and reared in Eastern NC, worked my way through 8 years of University to become a Medical Officer in your military. It has been a matter of scraping and scrapping to get anything at all from the VA. I never had one minute of rehabilitation to help me with my blindness. I have a sack of letters of written you concerning the way Veterans are treated in your Eastern NC district. I have talked on talk radio at length about the inept VA. I have heard other veterans relate stories which are impossible to believe. From your office, I always get a generic reply. But you have the time to give preference to these people who have tried to destroy the nation of Israel, who destroyed 25 Jewish synagogues when Israel was stupid enough to allow the repatriation of Gaza.
By executive order, President Barack Obama has ordered the expenditure of $20.3 million in"migration assistance" to the Palestinian refugees and "conflict victims" in Gaza.
The "presidential determination", which allows hundreds of thousands of Palestinians with ties to Hamas to resettle in the United States, was signed and appears in the Federal Register.
Few on Capitol Hill, or in the media, took note that the order provides a free ticket replete with housing and food allowances to individuals who have displayed their overwhelming support to the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in the parliamentary election of January 2006.
Let's review... itemized list of some of Barack Obama's most recent actions since his inauguration:
His first call to any head of state, as president, was to Mahmoud Abbas, leader of Fatah party in the Palestinian territory.
His first one-on-one television interview with any news organization was with Al Arabia television.
His first executive order was to fund/facilitate abortion(s) not just here within the U. S., but within the world, using U. S. taxpayer funds.
He ordered Guantanamo Bay closed and all military trials of detainees halted.
He ordered overseas CIA interrogation centers closed.
He withdrew all charges against the masterminds behind the USS Cole and the "terror attack" on 9/11.
Now we learn that he is allowing hundreds of thousands of Palestinian refuges to move to, and live in, the U.S. at American taxpayer expense.
These important, and insightful, issues are being "lost" in the blinding bail-outs and "stimulation" packages.
From my observation, within 2 years, at the rate the democrats with their President Mr. Obama are going, there will be so much inflation and the American people will be so poor, everyone, except the politicians and bureaucrats will be at the mercy of the welfare system. I do not believe you know the economic situation of Eastern NC. Why would you bring in more refugees from Europe when little has been done about the onslaught from Mexico?
On the farm, we had little personal relationship with the livestock animals. Hogs, cows, chickens, we knew they were going to market. They would be slaughtered. These livestock animals did not have a soul. We were in charge. We did not care what they THOUGHT of us. Have the elitest politicians in Washington reached the same terrorism of empathy?
