Up Close and Personal, Petri Dish

God may double your load but he will triple your strength.  Those of us in the health sciences have realized for a long time, that mankind was becoming a future biological "Wild West"...no law or order.  Very few people are aware that science foundations, medical schools, governments, have been thinking about a biological ARMS RACE.  We have had glimpses of this with Olympians and other athletes using genetic enhancements.  Many scientists feel you can manipulate genes to precisely edit change, actually modify the offspring of future generations.  In China, as well as other Godless governments, instead of stressing treatment of disease all emphasis is being place on the genetic manipulation of life...plant and animal.  These scientists actually believe that the genome can be manipulated-improved-a new crop every four or five years much like the development-changes in a cell phone.  We have a fascination with robots that do not offer a challenge in behavior or disease, their mechanism easily corrected.  We have known that everything is electricity that life forces can be turned on and off.  It is a matter of "messing around" with molecules...gene therapy.  It could be the answer to drug addiction or even control of malaria, GMO (genetically modified organisms).  It could be the answer to autism, Down syndrome, or Alzheimer's.  Scientists believe that corrections can be made with the human body, height-strength-appearance.  Before the complicated-exotic chemicals in plastics, we had very few of these diseases. 

If I were to drop an individual into an uncivilized country from a helicopter, a place never invaded by plastics, there would be very few diseases.  Our lives have become a big petri dish...our world surrounded by the chemicals of Teflon...furniture-carpets-clothing, almost all drinking cups-wrappings on food.  Do you consider how many chemicals are leeched from hot drinking plastic cups, even water bottles, even your baby's plastic milk bottle? 

We believe that the chief cause of most tumors-cancer comes from plastics.  There are only two causes for most diseases: nutrition that goes into the body and the toxins that come out of the body.  Diabetes was a rare disease when I was in school; it is now the gateway to most diseases.  Diabetics must eat live food (fresh greens-vegetables-fruits), not dead or synthetic food.  The answer does not lie in stints, which cause blockage.  Not many years ago, food was used as medicine....fighting diseases.  When did your doctor ask you about what you eat?  What you put in your gullet?  You and you alone, know about your food intake and your elimination.  (One is just as important as the other.)  You must have electrons to live and you get electrons from live food.  Many believe that cod liver oil is the best preventative for Alzheimer's...the Mediterranean foods of olive oil and food from the sea. 

When you have a personal interest in someone there is never any ambiguity.  You don't mind telling your children to use soap when washing their hands, the importance of hygiene.  This world traveler found that below the thirtieth parallel, hot dirty places.  In the poverty of the people, there was so much disease, most of it because of sanitation.  I wince everyday of my life, when I consider how easily germs are spread by these little appendages at the end of our arms-hands...think of the germs involved every time you touch fiat money.  (Each dollar bill contains about 3000 types of bacteria.)  Think of stair rails, door handles, just shaking hands with someone, where did that person last have his hands before he or she touched yours?  It is a marvel of the universe, the immune system of animals.  Think of that when you see a baby crawling around on a carpeted floor.

The excitement of comic books, action characters...Superman-Spiderman-Iron Man.  Children have a desire to be strong and healthy, like action figures.  It is essential to guard your health, mankind has always experimented.  It started out with transferring healthy blood to mad animals, thinking you could correct their mental sickness.  We have made commerce from blood, "ooze for booze".  Not so much now, but recently, groups collecting blood, which donors thought was helping someone but which was really sold at a profit.  An insightful person gives a pint of blood attempting to help someone in need of blood but the hospital charges you $300 for it.  In fact, blood has become big business, blood bought and sold, a profit every step of the way. 

There is one four letter word not found in medical literature, the word cure.  Big Pharma-big medicine would have you believe that everyone should be on expensive meds.  God chose us for life and put here on this Earth, in the plants and the elements in the soil that surround us, everything we need for health and long life.  The human being is not a petri dish, up close and personal we must choose wellness for self and others.
