Our senses are bombarded with elections and all the lying, cheating and stealing of elections. At the top of every ballot should be these words; “Do you trust the government?”

If the voter checks yes, then the ballot should be thrown out because that voter doesn’t have enough intelligence to vote.

This time, we are asked to make a choice between a Marxist and a Mormon. What bible are you building your faith from? What bible are you reading, AND, are you reading folklore about the bible? You are no match for the devil .While you are sleeping; he is busy conjuring up ways to trick us.

Satan knows more scripture than you do. Your only hope, the Christian, “Greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world.” (John 4:4) You need the whole amour of God, that you can withstand the wiles of the devil. (Eph. 6:11)

Eph 6:11 Put on the whole amour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Eph 6:13 Wherefore take unto you the whole amour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

Eph 6:14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

Eph 6:15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

Eph 6:16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

Eph 6:17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

You must put flesh and blood onto the characters of the bible to understand them. For instance, we know that Jacob, mama’s boy, deceiving his blind father, grandson of the world’s richest man, first Jew (Abraham) was 70 years of age when he left home. In our imagination we must see two ninety year old brothers hugging later in life (Jacob and Esau), Jacob two wives, 12 sons from wives and concubines. Then and now, the tribal history of the Jewish people.

In 1938, Majestic Theater, New York City, Bette Davis opened in the movie Jezebel, another famous Jewish name starting with “J”. In the movie, she said, “I have such deliciously wicked hands.” God tells us that in the fullness of time he sent his Son to save the world. “In the fullness of time, God sent His Son.” I believe waited until the Greek language had been perfected. On either side of the cross, we find sin which has not changed. Knowledge and technology have changed the world but not human nature. The male is always preeminent in the bible…a sexist book, a racist book. Throughout the Old Testament, we see male ancestral lineage. We find failures such as Ahab, Jezebel’s husband.

Another famous name of the Old Testament starting with “J” is Jepthah. He made a vow to God and was so totally devoted to God that he kept his vow to God even though it meant the sacrifice of his daughter. (Judges 11).

Another “J”, the greatest personality of history, Jesus, God having put on the tint of human flesh.

Beyond the comprehension of the puny mind of man, the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the Creator of the Universe, the world and everything in it willing to spend a short time on Earth showing perfection. Yet, his perfect life, his preaching, (he preached himself), his stripes whereby we are healed, his blood whereby we are saved, his sacrificial death on the cross would mean nothing without his total obedience to his father in resurrection.

Like then, the people of the world would still pick Barrabas, an insurrectionist instead of our blessed Lord, the resurrectionist.

As our blessed Lord hung on the tree, the wrath of God for all the “wrongness” of the world, every transgression, every trespass known or unknown. Barrabas was out robbing on the streets.

People then, as now, think they can play around with the devil. They have no idea who and what they are up against. Like many of you, the liberals then and now think you can love your enemies into submission. The enemy only recognizes and honors one thing: power. You have at your disposal the same power that threw the stars into space, the power that raised Lazarus from the dead. America has gone into economic default as has every other republic in the world, yielding to Satanic craziness, psychological “hoopla”. God is boss. He did not waste words in his book, honors his word. The most blasphemous unbeliever recognizes hypocrisy and deception. I believe there is more deception in the pulpit than the pew…men “supposedly” called of God, living off the sacrificial gifts of God’s people, compromising and criticizing those of us who stand.

Joh 16:7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.

Joh 16:8 And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:

Joh 16:9 Of sin, because they believe not on me;

Joh 16:10 Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more;

Joh 16:11 Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.

The prince of this world is Satan. Honored in communist countries, joyful, because he has penetrated every Christian country and church. Satan has only the power allowed to him by God. He knows his time is short. He knows he his headed for hell and is happy to take many of us with him. And this is the Quandary.
